The New York Giants had a disappointing season starting off 0-6. They finished a more respectable 7-9, but there was talk of some overhaul potentially coming their way. They sfired offensive coordinator Keving Gilbride and a re looking for a new coordinator but wide receiver Hakeem Nicks doesn’t think a lot of change is necessary.

I’m sure Eli [Manning] will want to have the same system,” Nicks said, via Ebenezer Samuel of the New York Daily News. “He won’t want to change. It’s been working for us in the past.”

It is an interesting suggestion considering that Nicks might not even be with the team next year. He is a free agent this spring and could wind up playing elsewhere in 2014.

“I understand the business side of things if that doesn’t happen,” he said. “We all know this is where I want to be.”

Nicks maintained that his preference is to stay with the Giants.
