ESPN Report: Alabama’s Cyrus Kouandjio and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to enter NFL draft.

Alabama left tackle Cyrus Kouandjio and safety Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix are declaring for the NFL Draft, according to ESPN. Neither one comes as a huge surprise and more could be coming from the Crimson Tide. Kouandjio has played left tackle at a pretty high level for the past few seasons in Tuscaloosa and with the way tackles tend to get drafted, there could be about ten of them that could go in the first round of the draft.
Meanwhile, Clinton-Dix is universally regarded as one of the top safety prospects and might just be the top player at that position this year. In addition, Clinton-Dix had taken a loan from an assistant strength and conditioning coach for a few hundred dollars during the season. Presumably, he took it because he needed it as opposed to just wanting it. The coach was fired by the Alabama program. So, for Clinton-Dix, talent meets a situation where a player and his family really need the financial relief that an NFL contract could provide.
There is also speculation that outside linebacker Adrian Hubbard could end up declaring before the underclassmen deadline passes on January 15th.
