Delabar ready to build on next season

Shi Davdi of SportsNet Canada (@ShiDavdi) reports that Blue Jays reliever Steve Delabar’s shoulder feels good and is preparing for the season.

The right-hander, going into his age-30 season, went on the 15-day DL with shoulder inflammation in August of 2013. Delabar posted a 5-5 record with a 3.22 ERA over 58.2 IP in his first full season with Toronto. He spent two years with Seattle before being traded to Toronto in 2012. In the Final Vote campaign, Delabar encouraged fans to ‘#RaiseTheBar’ and won a spot on the American League All-Star squad.
