On Saturday, the Detroit Pistons welcomed in the Phoenix Suns for a weekend contest as they search for their 16th win on the season.
At the moment, everything seems to be going rather smoothly in that department as they hold a nearly 20-point lead in the third quarter, which has just gotten underway.
The Pistons have dominated much of this one tonight, and they’ve done it pretty easily, utilizing their athleticism and then adding in a little bit of their own flare, like that did in the first quarter.
On a fast break, guard Brandon Jennings had the ball and ran it down the floor. With Andre Drummond trailing him, he knew what he had to do next, and it certainly wasn’t lay the ball in on his own.
No, Jennings shot the ball right off the backboard where Drummond was right there to slam it home with the monster throw down.
It’s plays like that that have given the Pistons the fast track to their 16th win on the year.
