The San Francisco 49ers beat the Carolina Panthers to advance to the NFC Championship game. 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh was feeling especially confident after the game, though he had an interesting way of phrasing it.

“You’re very proud of your team when they do that — when you go out on the road and in the playoff game and beat another team that’s a very good football team in their stadium,” Harbaugh said, via the Sacramento Bee. “Yes, it does make you feel like a strong, mighty man.”

The 49ers had lost to the Panthers earlier in the season and they were looking to make a statement with a win. Now they’ll face a familiar opponent in the Seattle Seahawks next week.
