49ers at Panthers: Cam Newton flops after Ahmad Brooks dives offsides (GIF)

The Carolina Panthers were getting close to scoring position, when one of the most unintentionally hilarious penalties of the first half occurred. 49ers linebacker Ahmad Brooks was attempting to time the snap like he did last time he was able to stuff the Panthers on fourth down, but he terribly mistimed his efforts.

The result was a beautiful dive over the line by Brooks, with an incredible flop from Cam Newton.

It was an all around entertaining play.
