The San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos are currently battling it out in their AFC Divisional Playoff match up for the right to see the New England Patriots with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.
Earlier in the day on Sunday, the Chargers got some great news when they found out that running back Ryan Mathews would be able to play in this one.
So far, the 1,000-yard rusher has done his part in helping his team stay in this one against the favored Broncos, like on this play in the first half in which he made something out of nothing.
Mathews took the hand off from Philip Rivers and immediately hit a roadblock when he got to the line of scrimmage.
Instead of going down, however, Mathews bounced it off the left side and took off for the big gain.
Despite another good performance from Mathews, the Chargers still trail in this one, 14-0, in the first half.
