LSU interviews Ben Wilkerson for offensive line job

As the LSU Tigers look to continue filling up the holes on their coaching staff, they are look at a former player to potentially be the new offensive line coach. According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, LSU head coach Les Miles recently interviewed Ben Wilkerson for the job.

Wilkerson currently serves as the offensive line coach fpr Grambling.

During his playing time at LSU, Wilkerson was an All-American and the recipient of the Rimington Award as the nation’s best center, so he certainly has the credentials to help the current LSU players grow.

Before joining the Grambling coaching staff, Wilkerson was a graduate assistant for Miles at LSU, so the reunion would certainly make sense.
