Wes Welker has been becoming more and more known for his oversized helmets and drops than the valuable slot wide receiver that he once was and today’s divisional round match up against the San Diego Chargers has done nothing to change that trend.

The Denver Broncos wide receiver had a great opportunity to come down with a big grab near the endzone to help the Broncos put the Chargers away, but Welker once again suffered an ill-timed drop.

Denver was forced to settle for a field goal, but they still lead 17-0.
