According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, the Cleveland Browns will interview former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak for their open head coach position on Monday.

With this, Munchak officially adds his name to a long list of potential candidates which reportedly include Ken Whisenhunt, Adam Gase, Todd Bowles and a host of others.

Just hours after the season ended a few weeks ago, the Browns fired head coach Rob Chudzinski after just one year on the job in Cleveland. Over a week later, Munchak and the Titans parted ways after he spent three seasons at the helm.

Following his departure from Tennessee, Munchak was considered a frontrunner at times to take over at his alma mater of Penn State following the departure of Bill O’Brien, but that job ultimately went to Vanderbilt’s James Franklin.

With just a 22-26 record in three seasons in Tennessee, Cleveland bringing him in would be a tough choice to make.
