There was a gruesome injury during the Northwestern Wildcats game against the Illinois Fighting Illini. Northwestern guard Sanjay Lumpkin was fighting for a loose ball when he fell and landed face first on the hardwood.

The result was a knocked out tooth, you can see an image of him lying on the court with the tooth in front of him below. The crazy part is that this occurred less than four minutes into the game and he played 38 minutes in the win. He only had four points shooting 1-of-4 from the field, but still it was an impressive performance. He also got five rebounds.
