Alex Rodriguez's lawyer hints there are accused 'God-like' PED users in Boston?

It’s been said that if you’re in trouble, the best way to get out of such a predicament is to create a distraction.

Enter Alex Rodriguez, who is currently dealing with a 162 game suspension from Major League Baseball and is suing everybody within range over the ruling.

A-Rod’s lawyer and spokesman, Joe Tacopina took to the airwaves today on Colin Cowherd’s ESPN show in hopes of clearing the air. But the only thing that happened was more controversy when Tacopina subtlety suggested there may be ‘some’ in Boston accused of PED use:

Joe Tacopina told @ESPN_Colin he did not want to name other players accused of PED use, “but some of them are God-like in Boston right now.”

Who exactly Tacopina is referring to is unknown. Why he’s even referring to them is a better question considering thy have nothing to do with this situation.

Regardless, it’s an intriguing topic and one that’s likely to get plenty of run from the media.
