Per the Indians Twitter account (@Indians), the first arbitration domino has fallen, as the Tribe has reached an agreement with recently acquired relief pitcher Josh Outman.

Outman, acquired from the Rockies in the Drew Stubbs deal, spent two years with the Rockies, going 3-0 with a 4.33 ERA in 2013. That was also his first year as solely a reliever, having started in 32 games prior between Colorado and Oakland. He was used in 61 games and finished with a WHIP of 1.463
