Khabib Nurmagomedov tells Michael Johnson he isn't worthy of fight

Undefeated UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov is still looking for his next opponent and Michael Johnson was one man who was willing to step up for the fight. Nurmagomedov initially responded to Johnson’s desire to fight by asking when he would be willing to step inside of the octagon, but now it is a different story.

On Tuesday night, Nurmagomedov took to social media to deliver another message to Johnson and it likely wasn’t something that “The Menace” was hoping to hear.

Nurmagomedov made it clear that he does not believe Johnson has earned a shot at him just yet, but he did tell his fellow lightweight that he would one day see him at the top once he works his way there.

Ladies and gentlemen, a new Twitter beef has formed.

While the likes of Gilbert Melendez and Nate Diaz have been criticized for not taking the risk to fight a lesser known opponent in Nurmagomedov, he is now employing the very same strategy.
