Baylor offers scholarship to Snoop Dogg's son Cordell Broadus

While Cordell Broadus’ father Snoop Dogg will leave a legacy in the music industry, the younger Broadus is attempting to do so on the gridiron.

One of the more talented amateur athletes in the country, Cordell Broadus has been offered a handful of scholarships in recent months – including his most recent from Baylor University.

A four-star wideout, Broadus has received offers from multiple schools including LSU, Boise State, Duke, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Oregon State, Tennessee, USC, UCLA, Washington, Washington State and Arizona State.

He can now add Baylor University to the list, according to CollegeSpun.com.

Earlier Tuesday, Broadus took to Instagram to let his fans know that Baylor had offered him – he posted a photo of the Bears’ famous gold chrome helmets that they wore earlier this year.

Early indications are that USC is the current favorite to sign Broadus, though we of course won’t know until the highly coveted wide receiver makes a final decision on his school in the coming weeks.
