The Super Bowl is drawing closer and with that comes Super Bowl commercials that are as popular as the game itself for a certain demographic.

For those who draw more enjoyment from the entertainment off the gridiron, they will once again be treated to a number of ads from Anheuser-Busch with Bud Light in the leadoff spot as the first commercial during the game.

Bud Light and Budweiser are famous for their Super Bowl commercials from the Bud-Weis-Er frogs to the ‘Wassup guys’ to the ever-popular clydesdales, they set the bar high for their competition and routinely produce the best commercials on a yearly basis.

The cost for a 30 second spot on average is a record high price of $4 million, according to USA TODAY’s Bruce Horovitz.

Super Bowl XLVIII airs on FOX on Feb. 2 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

This was the most memorable commercial from Budweiser that aired during last year’s Super Bowl won by the Baltimore Ravens over the San Francisco 49ers.
