Esmil Rogers has come to terms with the Toronto Blue Jays on a deal avoiding arbitration, according to Joel Sherman.

The right-hander made $509,000 in 2013 and will make $1.85 million for the upcoming season. Last season, he made 20 starts for the Jays, appearing in 44 games and pitched to a 5-9 record with a 4.77 ERA. He will likely be a back-of-the-rotation/long reliever candidate.
