It looks like the former governor of Kali-fourn-e-ya (California, for you grammatically inclined folks) will be making an appearance during Super Bowl Sunday, this according to NewsMax who states Arnold Schwarzenegger will be staring in a Super Bowl ad.
Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will earn $3 million to star in a funny Bud Light commercial on Super Bowl Sunday, marking a rare advertising appearance in the United States for the movie star-turned politician.
The actor turned politician has been relatively quiet since leaving office, though I’d venture to guess I’d come out of hiding too if somebody offered me a $3 million dollar paycheck.
It won’t be the first time Schwarzenegger has stared in commercials as the former Terminator actor actually shot a handful that aired in Japan, but this will be his first commercial to air in the United States.
He’ll join a long list of celebrities who have already filmed commercials for Super Bowl XLVIII including Danica Patrick (of course), Laurence Fishburne, David Beckham, Scarlett Johansson, and Ben Kingsley.
The synopsis of the beer advertisement is currently under wraps.
