NFL Draft scout: top 5 prospects for 2015 NFL draft

The chatter for the 2014 NFL draft is starting to get warm with the Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine Bowl games approaching and while the debate for this year’s draft is getting underway, Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller already has his top five for the 2015 draft.

5. QB Brett Hundley-UCLA Bruins

4. OT Cedric Ogbuehi-Texas A&M Aggies

3. DT Leonard Williams-USC Trogans

2. QB Jameis Winston-Florida State Seminoles

1. QB Marcus Mariota-Oregon Ducks

Hundley, Ogbuehi and Mariota were draft-eligible for this year’s draft and each would have been first round picks in all likelihood with the two quarterbacks potential top-10 picks.

Ogbuehi is following the Jake Matthews line of thought where he returned to College Station for his senior year and could be a top-two or three pick this year.

Williams and Winston are second-year players this season and therefore not eligible for the 2014 draft, but will be among the top underclassmen to monitor in the 2014 college football season.

This obviously is a very early look at the 2015 top of the draft so there will be surprises a year from now, but for the draft die-hards this is a nice sneak peek.
