Dennis Rodman has decided to set aside his ambitions to bring peace between the United States and North Korea to bring peace to something a little more personal. According to TMZ, the former Chicago Bulls star has entered rehab to treat his addiction to alcohol.

Per TMZ:

Sources connected to Rodman tell us the 52-year old basketball Hall of Famer checked into a treatment center a few days ago in New Jersey … on the heels of his disastrous trip to North Korea. We’re told Rodman is “beyond exhausted and overwhelmed” after North Korea … and he will be in treatment for 30 days.

This isn’t the first time Rodman has entered treatment for his addiction to alcohol. He was featured on the VH1 show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew a few years ago and has been battling alcoholism for most of his life. His recent trips to North Korea have thrust Rodman back into the spotlight he saw in the late 90s when he changed his hair color each week and danced down Michigan Avenue in a wedding dress.

Rodman will be in rehab for at least 30 days, and his travel plans back to North Korea have not yet been discussed.
