The Iowan Hawkeyes pushed their winning streak to three games on Sunday with a huge, blowout win over the Minnesota Golden Gophers in a Big Ten match up, 94-73.

Iowa showed no hangover effects from their huge win over the Ohio State Buckeyes as they continue to state their case as one of the best teams in the Big Ten Conference.

Forward Aaron White led the starters in this one for the Hawkeyes, finishing up with 18 points and four rebounds on the afternoon. Guards Roy Devyn Marble and Mike Gesell dropped in 16 and 11 points respectively.

However, the Hawkeyes got a huge boost off the bench from reserves Josh Oglesby and Gabriel Olesani.

Oglesby finished with 17 points and Olesani added in 12 and seven rebounds, once again showing the depth that this team possesses, which will undoubtedly come in handy come tournament time.

With the win, Iowa now improves to 15-3 overall on the season and 4-1 in the Big Ten, while the Golden Gophers and head coach Richard Pitino drop to 14-5 on the year and 3-3 in the conference.
