Baylor at Kansas final score: Jayhawks cruise past Bears 78-68

Head coach Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks are still undefeated in the Big 12 as they were able to easily handle the Baylor Bears on Monday night, 78-68.

The Jayhawks are starting to put everything together at just the right time as we get ready to exit the month of January and enter February, and it was evident once again tonight.

Three Kansas starters finished with double figures in this one, led by Perry Ellis who finished the game with 18 points and added in five rebounds. Freshman Andrew Wiggins had another solid performance, dropping in 17 points and adding in 17 rebounds, and Joel Embiid continued his surge, scoring 12 and adding in four boards.

Discrepancy in three-point shooting was definitely a major factor in this one as Baylor shot just a little over 39% from beyond the arc while Kansas dropped in nearly 60% of their three-point attempts.

With the win, Kansas is now on a four-game winning streak and pushes their overall record to 13-4 on the season as they remain unbeaten in Big 12 play.
