National Signing Day is still a few weeks away, but a number of players inside of the Rivals100 list have already made their commitments. In what is no surprise, the Southeastern Conference has secured the largest number of top recruits out of the top 100 with 38.

That is 26 more players than the next conference, the ACC.

Out of the Rivals100, here is a look at how many players are currently committed by conference:

SEC: 38
ACC: 12
Big Ten: 12
Pac 12: 9
Big 12: 5
Notre Dame: 4
Mountain West: 1
Uncommitted: 19

As you would expect, Alabama has the most commits in the Top 100 with nine and LSU comes in second with six. The Georgia Bulldogs, Tennessee Volunteers and Texas A&M Aggies are all tied with five commits.

Of course, there is plenty of time for players to switch their commitments over the next few weeks, but it is highly unlikely that anyone will be making up the ground that the SEC has already created.
