On Monday night, three-star quarterback Aaron Sharp committed to the UCLA Bruins.
This is the third school the 6’3, 190-pound Sharp has committed to. Back in Junes, Sharp made his pledge to the Utah Utes. A day later, Sharp changed his mind and decided he would rather play for the Kansas State Wildcats.
Over the weekend, UCLA brought in Sharp for an official visit and that visit obviously sold him on Jim Mora, Jr.s’ program.
Sharp attends Summer Creek High School in Humble, Texas. He is listed as dual threat quarterback and is considered the 731st overall best player, the 21st ranked dual threat quarterback and 86th best play in the state of Texas, according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.
Sharp was also courted by the Baylor Bears, Colorado Buffaloes, Houston Cougars and Texas Longhorns. He took a visit to the in-state Texas A&M Aggies back in September, but the commitment of top-ranked signal caller Kyle Allen to the Aggies probably kept Sharp’s interest in the Aggies low.
Sharp is scheduled to visit the Washington Huskies this weekend.
