Day One of the 2014 Pro Bowl Draft was held on Tuesday night, with Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders selecting the first eleven players for their all-star teams. Interior linemen, fullbacks and special teamers were the players selected on the first day of the inaugural draft, with Rice and Sanders alternating picks.

Sanders got to choose the first player out of the group of Pro Bowl centers, and he decided to go with Mike Pouncey of the Miami Dolphins. Late replacement Nick Mangold of the New York Jets was the last player to be selected, so he was assigned to Team Rice.

Here are the full draft results for the centers:

Team Sanders:

  • Mike Pouncey, center, Miami Dolphins
  • Alex Mack, center, Cleveland Browns

Team Rice:

  • Ryan Kalil, center, Carolina Panthers
  • Nick Mangold, center, New York Jets
