ESPN uses telestrator to draw tears on Carmelo Anthony

The New York Knicks were blown out by their cross-town rivals, the Brooklyn Nets, to the tune of 23 points at home. At one point camera showed Knicks small forward Carmelo Anthony sitting on the bench shaking his head as the Knicks’ defense allowed Deron Williams to shoot a wide-open three-pointer.

“It’s tough. It’s a tough situation,” Anthony said. “Like I’ve said, I never dealt with something like this before.”

ESPN knows he is frustrated and put video of it on a monitor in their studio. Unconvinced that the image properly displayed Anthony’s frustrations, Tim Legler decided to help you out. He used the telestrator to draw tears and a frown on Anthony.
