Notre Dame is leaving their long time athletic sponsor adidas and teaming up with Under Armour instead. It ends a 16-year deal between adidas and Notre Dame.
“We have been very happy with adidas,” Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick told ESPN.com’s Matt Fortuna before the switch was announced. “But it is just good business to use the expiration of a contract to review all options.”
Now ESPN’s Darren Rovell is tweeted a picture of a mock-up of the Notre Dame basketball jersey and what it could look like with Under Armour next season. It is pretty simple and nothing to out there or out of the ordinary. I think the oddest part is the stripes around the bottom of the pants legs.

Under Armour also has school-wide deals with Auburn, Hawaii, Maryland, Texas Tech, Boston College, Utah, Northwestern, St. John’s, South Florida and South Carolina.
