In June of 2012, Manny Pacquiao suffered his first defeat in seven years after a wildly controversial decision. Two judges scored the bout in favor of Pacquiao’s opponent, Timothy Bradley, which left everyone with a sour taste in their mouth.
Now, we will finally get to see the two men meet in the ring once again.
According to a report from Boxing News 24, the rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will be held on April 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A press tour for the upcoming bout is expected to begin on Feb. 4 in Los Angeles, with the tour continuing in New York on Feb. 5.
In Pacquiao’s last fight against Brandon Rios on pay-per view, the event did just 475,000 buys. With an exciting rematch now set to take place, Top Rank is hoping that more people will tune in to see whether or not Pacquiao finally gets the win that many believe he earned in the last meeting.
