A few weeks ago, Kobe Bryant said the Los Angeles Lakers would re-evaluate him ‘sometime’ in February about a potential return. Bryant nor the Lakers specified as to when in February. It could have been the first of the month – it could have been towards the end.

However, Bryant appears to be on a fast track to health as Dave McMenamin says Bryant will be re-evaluated by doctors when the team returns from their Grammy road trip, which is sooner than expected.

Kobe will be re-evaluated at the end of the road trip when the team returns to LA on either Monday or Tuesday, per the Lakers.

Kobe said that the re-evaluation would be sometime in February, but it will actually be a little sooner

Of course, the Black Mamba’s return will be determined by his medical report. If all comes back clean and Bryant feels well, it’s possible we could see Kobe before the end of the month.

Seriously – the guy isn’t human.
