The Minnesota Vikings continue to overhaul their coaching staff following the appointment of Mike Zimmer as head coach.

With former offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave joining the Philadelphia Eagles as quarterback coach – replaced by Norv Turner. He isn’t the only Turner to be on the Vikings staff this season, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

They report that Scott Turner will be joining the staff as quarterbacks coach, and has been running the team’s meetings with quarterbacks at the Senior Bowl. Turner was the wide receivers coach with the Cleveland Browns last season.

With the Vikings in need of an upgrade at the quarterback position, Turner’s meetings with Virginia Tech’s Logan Thomas and Clemson’s Tajh Boyd shows that he will be involved in recommending any QBs to the team ahead of the upcoming draft.
