A few days back, Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio attributed his recent struggles to the fact that the game wasn’t as fun as it once was.

And while that still may be the case, that doesn’t mean Rubio isn’t as fun loving as ever.

During a stoppage in play during Tuesday night’s game which pitted Rubio’s Minnesota Timberwolves against the Utah Jazz, a little girl found her way onto the court. She walked over to the crew who was mopping up a spill (blood) at mid-court before the Jazz’s mascot escorted her back towards the sideline. Where her parents were? Unknown. But Ricky Rubio loves the kids and he decided to keep her distracted by playing catch with her until action resumed.

Seriously – talk about adorable. The two bounced the ball and forth to each other a few times before referees signaled the game was ready to resume.

Everybody was in awe of the action, from the fans to the fellow players near Rubio who all enjoyed the moment.
