Donald Cerrone and Benson Henderson make Super Bowl bet

UFC Lightweights, Donald Cerrone and Benson Henderson, are both fighting this weekend at UFC on FOX 10. Cerrone fights Adriano Martins on the main card, while Henderson takes on Josh Thomson in the main event of the evening. While both men are extremely focused on this weekend, they both have their sights set on next weekend’s Super Bowl.

Cerrone, an avid Denver Broncos fan, asked Benson Henderson, an avid Seattle Seahawks fan, to put a wager on the game next weekend. Today, the bet was finalized and made public on Twitter:

This bet is eerily similar to NFL Quarterbacks’, Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson, bet earlier this year. The two men wagered their eyebrows on who won the game between their respective teams way back in week 2. The Seahawks and Wilson won the game, but Kaepernick never actually shaved his eyebrow. Hopefully Henderson and Cerrone mean business when it comes to their bet.

The two men have a history in the sport as well. In the WEC, Henderson and Cerrone met twice for the WEC Lightweight championship. The first fight was the 2009 fight of the year, where Henderson won a unanimous decision. In the rematch, at WEC 48, Henderson submitted Cerrone in just under two minutes with a guillotine choke.
