The quarterback exodus from Texas Tech continues!
According to a report in the Toledo Blade, redshirt freshman Clayton Nicholas has transferred from Texas Tech to Bowling Green.
The move isn’t exactly a surprising one considering Nicholas sent out a tweet on New Year’s Eve announcing his intention to transfer.
New Year, Can’t wait to see what my future holds for me in Bowling Green, Ohio! Can’t wait to be a falcon!

Nicholas was the fourth-string quarterback for the Red Raiders last season. Two of the players ahead of him on the depth chart, Baker Mayfield and Michael Brewer, have also decided to transfer away from Lubbock.
So how is Nicholas enjoying his arrival at Bowling Green? Well, it appears he’s a tad cold.
Y’all think its cold in Texas.. Come up to Ohio and explain to me what this weather is..

Don’t worry, Nicholas. Things will start heating up when head coach Dino Babers fully installs his scoring offensive attack.
