Whovians around the world are waiting for the new Season of Doctor Who to get started. Unfortunately, that is still quite a way off; however the BBC did give us something to pine over today. BBC has unveiled Peter Capaldi’s twelfth doctor’s all new look.
The new look is just a slight bit different from the picture that we showed you earlier this month of Peter Capaldi on the set of Doctor Who with the Doctor’s faithful companion Clara Oswald, who as you know is played by Jenna Coleman.
The Doctor has gone a little more the way of David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor. Twelve will be donning dark grey slacks with a crisp white shirt and tie, and a long black coat with a red lining inside.
We got our first real look at Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor in the Doctor Who Christmas Special entitled “The Time of the Doctor.” It was then that we said goodbye to the Eleventh Doctor, played brilliantly by Matt Smith, and watched as he regenerated in rather quick form into the wide eyed Twelfth Doctor; who apparently didn’t like the color of his new kidneys.
What do you think of the Doctor’s new digs? How do you like his new style? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
Doctor Who Series 8 is scheduled to begin this Autumn on BBC One and BBC America.
