It was just over one month ago that the Arizona State Sun Devils learned quarterback Michael Eubank would be transferring from the university, but he didn’t wait long to find himself a new home.
Eubank will be transferring down to the FCS level, where he will be joining the Samford Bulldogs football team.
“We are very happy to have Michael join our team,” Samford head coach Pat Sullivan said in a statement released by the school. “He is an outstanding player and an outstanding young man. He will fit in well with our players and our program, and we are excited to have him.”
Since Samford is down at the FCS level, Eubank will be able to play immediately.
Eubank has two seasons of eligibility remaining, but expect the former four-star recruit to make an impact from Day 1.
