One of the attractions of the Super Bowl is the commercials. Companies spend millions on time slots and producing ads that will entertain and make a lasting impression in the consumers watching. Not all of them make it on the air though, some get banned.

In response to a post earlier today about a SodaStream commercial that was banned, allegedly because it challenged bigger sponsors Coca-Cola and Pepsi, I received a tip about another banned commercial. This one is for a product called Dream Water, think the opposite of a 5-hour Energy drink. According to Dream Water’s website, it helps you relax and sleep by blocking the transmission of impulses from one cell to another in the central nervous center.

Their ad was allegedly banned according to the YouTube description of the video. Whether they legitimately tried to purchase an ad slot and get it on-air I can’t confirm, but it is easy to see why the commercial would be banned though.

FYI, this is NSFWish.
