British people try to describe Super Bowl (Video)
By Mike Dyce
We think the Super Bowl is the biggest sporting event on the planet. The sad reality is that it is the biggest sporting event in the United States and the rest of the world could care less. So the folks at BuzzFeed decided to ask some of their “British friends” about the big game and their answers are hilarious.
Answers include:
- It suggests that there are lesser bowls
- It is three-hours of the best commercials of the year, occasionally cut up with sport
- They win a large bowl
- They actively like getting hurt
- like watching the Matrix
- Guy gets paid millions for kicking the ball occasionally (<- that one is right)
They all loved Richard Sherman’s rant and said it made them more interested in American football. They also said they’d like soccer players to rant like that. See Roger Goddell, Sherman is growing the fan base in Britain with his rants.
