Browns fan declined Super Bowl tickets from Joe Haden, wants to wait till they play in it


Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden called a fan and offered him two tickets to the Super Bowl and a first class flight. The fan, Rhett Wennes, declined the offer politely because he wanted to wait until the Browns play in the big game. That is dedication, because who knows when that is going to happen.

Haden posted a Facebook post of Wennes explaining the decision to his Instagram account. The caption reads: “This is how you know Cleveland browns fans are SERIOUS!!! I called and offered Rhett Super Bowl tickets and a first class flight and he politely declined.#bleedOrangeandBrown”

The post reads: “Reason # inifinty I am speechless when my family/friends have my back…. because they know that my passion is to the core. So, when Browns Pro Bowler #23 Joe Haden just called me with 2 tickets and a flight to the Super Bowl this weekend, he definitely understood when I politely declined.
