Captain America: The Winter Soldier – Three New Character Posters Released

I told you today was going to be a good day in terms of reveals. Just a few moments ago, Marvel graced us with five new photos from the set of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Now, thanks to Yahoo! Movies, we now  have a look at three brand new character posters for the upcoming film. First and foremost, we have a look at the First Avenger himself, Captain America. As I have mentioned before, it is no secret that Steve Rogers has had his struggles with coming to terms with the way things work in the modern age. More so the way that S.H.I.E.L.D. gets things done. You can tell by the somber look on his face in this poster that those struggles are still alive and kicking within the patriotic superhero.

Next up, we get a better look at Black Widow. Because who can ever have too much Scarlett Johansson in their lives? In the poster she has two guns in her hands, but something tells me that she doesn’t exactly need those weapons to lay the smackdown on someone. Anyone who has seen The Avengers knows that.

Last, but certainly not least, we have Director Nick Fury. Honestly, there are only three words that need to be said about this; Samuel L. Jackson. I think that about sums it up.

We don’t have long to wait now. We have just over two months until the film bursts onto the big screen. Now all we need is a new trailer. Something tells me that we’ll see that during the Big Game on Sunday. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is scheduled to be released on April 4, 2014.
