Clayton Kershaw to appear on episode of ‘New Girl’ (Video)

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw has already raised his national profile significantly in recent years. He has won two Cy Young awards and just got paid a deal north of $200 million, all under the bright lights and glamour of the new-look Dodgers.
Now he’s taking his act to the sitcom world. Kershaw will appear on an episode of New Girl this week on Fox.

Talk about a pick-up line that gets right to the point:
"I love YOU! Hi, I’m Clayton Kershaw of the Los Angeles Dodgers.”"
I wonder if that’s the line Kershaw ran with in real life before he got married…it would probably work pretty well, no?
