Arron Afflalo scored 21 points and the Orlando Magic defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 113-102 in a battle of the two worst teams in the NBA at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida Friday night.
Afflalo shot seven-of-13 from the floor, pulled down five rebounds and was a game-high +18 on the night.
The Magic raced out to a 35-20 lead after one quarter and had a season-high 67 points at the half.
Tobias Harris came off of the bench to score 18 points, grab six rebounds and block two shots. In total, the Magic bench accounted for 59 points, including 13 from E’Twaun Moore and 10 from Maurice Harkless.
Rookie Victor Oladipo had another solid outing, finishing with 15 points on five-of-10 shooting with seven assists, five rebounds and three steals
Caron Butler led the Bucks with 20 points, rookie Giannis Antetokounmpo had 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists and Gary Neal had 13 as the Bucks’ bench scored 54 points.
Both John Henson (sprained right wrist) and O.J. Mayo (illness) missed the game for the Bucks.
The Magic are now 13-35 and the Bucks are 8-38.
