Kevin Love drains shots while blindfolded (video)

They say seeing is believing, but sometimes seeing is also overrated as hell. Kevin Love proves as much in the following video shared today by the folks at Pro Basketball Talk.

The clip, a promo for the upcoming All-Star Game, features Minnesota’s Love draining three-point shots after being blindfolded by an excitable ball boy.

Of course, there’s always a flurry of debunkers who flock to the comment section when a video like this one is released. These Debbie Downers consider it pertinent to highlight all the ways the footage could have been faked, believing themselves to be doing noble work. Listen, while there’s nothing wrong with asking questions — because, honestly, is nobody more beloved than Question Everything Guy? — it’s a pointless activity if you don’t ask the right questions. For example, instead of wondering if the blindfold is actually opaque or questioning how such a flawless series of shots could have been achieved, you should be asking the real hard-hitting question:

Why didn’t the director let Love shoot 20 jumpers to see if going for 20/20 sans vision was possible?

(Yeah, that’s the best I’ve got. I’ll show myself out.)
