Defensive back Donovan Wilson flipped his commitment from the Utah Utes to the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday night.

Wilson took to Twitter to express his thanks at the recruiting process finally being finished:

He also revealed the number he’d like to wear at Texas A&M:

Wilson also said the level of competition he’d be going up against in the SEC was an important factor in his decision:

I’ve been offered since last Sunday, and I know that going there is going to be good for what I want since I want to try and reach the next level after college. Going there, I know I can play against a lot of good competition.

I’m real happy to be able to get my recruitment over with. Now I can start training more and get ready for the college season (The Times-Picayune).

Wilson is considered a three-star prospect.
