Well, Lance Stephenson did say he was out for revenge, looking to punish anyone foolhardy enough to stand in his way. Really, the referee should’ve known better.

The Indiana Pacers — who, in case you didn’t know, made a big signing today — held off the Brooklyn Nets by one point at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday night. The Pacers got 20-point performances from both Paul George and Roy Hibbert, and David West chipped in 17.

But this post isn’t about that. No, it’s about Stephenson’s quest to prove he should have been selected to the All-Star Game. The quest got off to a strong start against the Nets; Stephenson put together a stat line of 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and a steal. The highlight of his night, though, was this vicious dunk over a poor referee now likely scarred for life:

Hey, you wanna know what’s black and white and red all over? An embarrassed referee after being dunked on by Lance Stephenson.
