If you are unfamiliar with the twisting case that is Stevie Clark, the Oklahoma State freshman was arrested earlier in the season, and has already been on the sidelines for an extended period of time thanks to the ever-popular “violation of team rules”. However, Clark returned to the lineup on December 6th against South Carolina and has appeared in all but one contest since that date.
Here is a quick look at the new details, courtesy of Gina Mizell of NewsOK.com:
“Oklahoma State basketball player Stevie Clark has been arrested for the second time in about a month, this time for outraging public decency, according to the Stillwater City Jail. Clark was arrested around 1 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the jail. The jail could not provide any additional information.”
The crazy part of the situation is that Clark’s arrest in January came after his violation of team rules, and this arrest makes 2 in less than a month’s time. It is certainly time to wonder whether Travis Ford will think about kicking Clark off the team at this juncture, and this story seems to spiral further out of control with each passing day. Stay tuned.
