Ohio State Football Recruiting: 5 Must-Have 2014 Recruits for the Buckeyes

One thing that we all knew when the Urban Meyer came out of his brief retirement to take over the Ohio State Buckeyes was that he was going to instantly become the top recruiter in the Big Ten, and so far, that has been the case.

As it stands right now, Meyer and the Buckeyes have the second overall ranked class for 2014, right behind the Alabama Crimson Tide. They have 22 overall commits, including seven that are currently enrolled in classes in Columbus and are ready to compete for playing time come spring football.

Coming off a year in which Ohio State came within minutes of an appearance in the national championship game against Florida State, every little bit counts, especially on the recruiting trail.

With that, here’s a look at five must-have players that Meyer needs to sign on the dotted line come Wednesday:
