Kevin Hart and Ice Cube’s new comedy Ride Along rode straight through the weekend and easily garnered the top spot at the Box Office for the third week in a row.

The film did fall about 42% from last week, down to approximately $12.3 million; however, it is still pulling pretty decent numbers. The film has earned an estimated $93 million in its three weeks of release.

Coming in second this week is the Disney animated adventure Frozen.

Frozen is up 2% from last week, and brought in an estimated $9.3 million. The film was recently rereleased into theaters in a sing-along version which did attribute to approximately $2.2 million of the $9.3 million the film pulled this weekend; however, there is simply no denying the staying power of a well-made kids movie.

In the 11 weeks that Frozen has been in theaters, it has earned approximately $360 million domestically; however, this is nothing compared to the $504.4 million that the film has earned in foreign markets. Altogether, Frozen has earned an estimated $864.4 million worldwide.

Debuting this week in the third position is That Awkward Moment, which pulled in an estimated $9.01 this weekend at the Box Office.

While these are not necessarily what I would call “disappointing” numbers, this is the lowest opening weekend for a Zac Efron film. 17 Again opened to $23.7 million, and The Lucky One opened to $22.5 million.

In the fourth spot this weekend, Open Road Films’ animated comedy The Nut Job brought in an estimated $7.6 million. During the film’s three weeks in release, it has earned approximately $50.2 million domestically.

Rounding out the Top 5 this weekend is the Afghanistan war film Lone Survivor.

The real-life take of Marcus Luttrell and his team of Navy Seals brought in an estimated $7.1 million this weekend. This brings the film’s 6 week total to $105 million.

Here is a look at the Top 10 at the Box Office this weekend courtesy of Box Office Mojo.
