Ty Lawson will be back in action for the Denver Nuggets on Monday night when they take on the Los Angeles Clippers. And not a moment too soon, as the team is woefully shorthanded in their back court at the moment.
Aaron Lopez of NBA.com reports the news:

With Nate Robinson injured and out for the year and Andre Miller still in the dog house, the Nuggets are down to Evan Fournier, Randy Foye, and a cast of others to handle that facet of the team without Lawson.
Interestingly enough, the Nuggets are not feeling that heat so much that they will bring Miller back. Head coach Brian Shaw says that he and the team will not be initiating communication with the disgruntled, veteran guard. Lawson was already under pressure as one of the go-to guys on the Nuggets, and that will only be more true moving forward.
On the season Lawson is averaging 17.9 PPG and 8.9 APG in 41 games of action. Denver is nearing a make or break point in the season, and they will need Lawson to be in the middle of things if they want to find success.
