Pau Gasol Posts Picture of PRP Injection

Lakers big man Pau Gasol will miss the next week, at least, after suffering a groin strain, and is currently back in Los Angeles receiving treatment for his ailment.

Apparently, that means he has to posts pictures of him receiving shots as part of the treatment.

Today I got a PRP shot to help the healing of my groin injury. I will work hard to be back with the team as soon as possible. Hoy me han puesto una inyección de PRP para ayudarme con la recuperación de mi lesión en mi aductor. Trabajaré duro para volver a estar con mis compañeros lo antes posible. #Dedication #Dedicación

Gasol posted a picture of himself receiving a PRP injection on his ailing body that was accompanied with the following message:

“Today I got a PRP shot to help the healing of my groin injury. I will work hard to be back with the team as soon as possible.”

Gasol has been linked in multiple trade rumors over the past few weeks, and will likely be in plenty more leading up to the NBA trade deadline later this month.  Of course, everything depends on Gasol’s health. If he isn’t healthy by trade deadline, it’s safe to say he won’t get dealt.
