In one of the huge surprises of the 2014 National Signing Day for college football, the Florida Gators received a tremendous commitment on Wednesday when one of the most sought after dual-threat QBs in the country, Treon Harris out of Booker T. Washington in Miami, officially announced that he was flipping on his commitment to the Florida State Seminoles to head to the rivals in Gainesville.

Harris was committed to the Seminoles since the month of July, however not many at the time thought that the commitment would stick, and they were correct.
He gives the Gators and head coach Will Muschamp some great help at the QB slot, which as we saw this past season was much needed.
New offensive coordinator Kurt Roper will have the opportunity to mold Harris into one of the more dangerous offensive entities in college football in the next few seasons.
Harris also had the Auburn Tigers on his radar recently, but today he ultimately chose that a Gator is what he wanted to be.
